These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Lebanon Luxury Estate (“LLE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are accessing the Site on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

All content on the Site, including but not limited to:

• Photographs, videos, renderings, and 3D visualizations of properties.
• Architectural plans, floor plans, and design specifications.
• Text, copy, and written content.
• Logos, trademarks, brand elements, and the “Lebanon Luxury Estate” name.
• Website design, layout, user interface, and source code.

is the exclusive property of Lebanon Luxury Estate or its licensors and is protected by Lebanese intellectual property law, international copyright treaties, and applicable laws worldwide.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Site without our prior written consent, except for:

• Temporary caching by your web browser for personal viewing.
• Printing single pages for personal, non-commercial reference.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

• WARRANTIES THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
• WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT, INFORMATION, OR MATERIALS ON THE SITE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LEBANON LUXURY ESTATE, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Personal injury or property damage arising from your use of the Site.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Site content.
• Any reliance on information presented on the Site for investment decisions.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lebanon Luxury Estate, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lebanon, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Beirut, Lebanon.

If you are accessing the Site from outside Lebanon, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws to the extent they apply.

14. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with us through good-faith negotiation.
